Saturday Creative Kids Club 11.30am

Service Description

Book here for your young creative to join in the group fun in the 11.30-12.30 session for ages 5-14. The workshops will be led by Cara from MY CRAFT TRIBE, an experienced and enthusiastic tutor of modern arts and crafts for all ages, young and old(er). Also available to book at 10am. CONTEMPORARY ART & CRAFT PROJECTS Each week there will be a different project, all equally fun with a modern twist and well-being and sustainability at the heart. We do only have one hour to demo and create but that is all the time we need to inspire creativity (usual caveat that we are all different and work at a varied pace but everyone will get the creative bug and hopefully develop some new skills. START TIME Arrive for a 11.30am start. You will be guided to the creative room by museum staff. The session lasts for one hour with pick up at the room at 12.30. IMPORTANT NOTICE RE PARENT SUPERVISION All parents are required to enjoy some downtime :) during the session whether that is wandering the museum or grabbing a drink and delicious treats at the Bite At The Museum cafe. Parents of ages 5-7 or those requiring extra support are, however, requested to join in the fun and will get opportunity to order in drinks to the art room (space is limited in the room so we will need to have confirmation of additional guests at the time of booking). It is a Museum condition that all parents, regardless of child age, must remain on the premises and will be called upon to support their child's needs (eg bathroom visits). LATE ARRIVAL The class starts at 11.30. Late arrivals after 11.45am will not be able to be admitted. No refund is available for late arrival. ART CAN BE MESSY We will be enjoying lots of contemporary arts and craft fun but it can be a messy business. Aprons will be provided but best dress is perhaps best avoided. FORM COMPLETION Please ensure you complete the booking form with as much information as possible. EMAIL SIGN UP Cara would love to keep you up to date with future events but should you opt in, there is the assurance that email bombardment is not going to occur (we hate that too).
